Welcome to Jassy’s Kitchen and Catering, where our culinary journey began in 2013 during my years at Winston Salem State University. The inspiration behind this venture arose when a dear friend was expecting, and I wholeheartedly desired to contribute to her joy by hosting a memorable baby shower. With a passion for cooking that had been cultivated throughout my college years, I embarked on a mission to raise funds by offering $5.00 plates to friends and fellow students.

The overwhelming success of this endeavor not only funded the baby shower but also sparked the inception of Jassy’s Kitchen. Operating tirelessly until 2015, our journey took an unexpected hiatus due to unforeseen circumstances. However, in May of 2019, Jassy’s Kitchen triumphantly resurfaced, specializing in both stationary and traveling catering services.

Since our revival, Jassy’s Kitchen has proudly catered over 50 events, ranging from intimate gatherings of 5 guests to grand celebrations with over 200 attendees. All of this was achieved while managing a full-time commitment and pursuing a master’s degree. Our culinary creations are crafted with love, and we attribute our success to the unwavering support of the divine.
